Terms of Service

Accepting these terms

These Terms are a contract between you and Keenpipe. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Keenpipe for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

What Keenpipe does

Keenpipe reads your website to work out what you sell, finds companies and named decision-makers that fit, verifies and scores them, and drafts outreach for you to review. Discovery runs in your own signed-in browser session, and messages send from your own mailbox and LinkedIn account. Keenpipe is a tool; you decide what is sent.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and use Keenpipe for business purposes only. Keep your login details secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Your responsibilities for outreach

You are the sender of every message Keenpipe helps you produce. You must:

• review and approve each message before it is sent;
• have a lawful reason to contact each recipient, and honour opt-out and deletion requests promptly;
• follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and data-protection law (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR and ePrivacy / PECR);
• send genuine, relevant business messages from a real identity, with accurate headers and a working way to unsubscribe or reply;
• follow the rules of your own email provider and of LinkedIn, including their limits on automation.

Acceptable use

You may not use Keenpipe to send spam or bulk consumer marketing, harassment, or deceptive content; to target people in a personal rather than professional capacity; to promote illegal, hateful, adult or high-risk content; to scrape or interfere with the service; to resell it without our agreement; or to break any law or third-party right.

LinkedIn, email and other accounts

Keenpipe works alongside services you control, such as your email provider and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms, and using automation with them carries a risk that they restrict or suspend your account. You accept that risk and stay responsible for following their rules. We are not liable for action a third-party platform takes against your accounts.

Your content and data

You keep all rights in your website content, inputs, lead data and approved messages. You give us a licence to host and process them only to run and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide that content and to process the lead data in your account. A data-processing agreement is available on request.

Fees and billing

• Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You are charged for verified leads that meet the criteria you set. Leads we reject are not charged, and a verified lead that hard-bounces can be credited.
• Usage above your plan is billed at the published per-lead rate, never beyond a budget cap you set.
• Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for.
• You can cancel any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the current period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that leads will be accurate or reachable or that outreach will get replies. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You will cover claims against us that arise from your outreach, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Termination, changes and law

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create legal risk for us or others. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; if a change is significant we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect, and continued use means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Keenpipe is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
